Kennards Hire
A purpose-built Kennards Hire facility delivered within the Northern Rivers, bringing together workshop, equipment storage, retail and operational support functions within a single integrated commercial environment. Delivered within a live operating facility, the project required customer access, equipment movements and daily business operations to continue throughout construction.
Major civil, structural and architectural works were carefully staged around the ongoing operation of the business, allowing each phase of the project to proceed without interruption to trade.
The measure of the project is not what was built, but how seamlessly the facility continued to operate while the work was undertaken.
